Iron Heritage Festival “life on the Susquehanna”

The 14th Annual Iron Heritage Festival (IHF) will be holding events throughout the week of July 14-22 celebrating the rich history and community of Montour County.  Thousands of people from the region and beyond annually attend.  This year’s theme will reflect “Life on the Susquehanna”.  IHF and NMAL are happy to present the juried exhibition “Life on the Susquehanna”.  Show prizes will be awarded to winning entries.

EXHIBIT: “Life on the Susquehanna”
THEME: Visual art depicting life on the Susquehanna.
WHO: An exhibition by North Mountain Art League (NMAL) in conduction with IHF.
WHERE: Studio Brick Dance Studio (Rt 11 & Center ST, Danville)
ART INTAKE: Wed. July 18th from 3:00 – 6:00 PM, Jury and having to immediately follow.
FEE: $10 entry fee per person. Limit of 4 pieces (2D AND 3D Welcome).

Reception for artists displaying and sponsors of IHF:  Thur.  July 19th 5:00 – 7:00 PM

EXHIBIT DAYS: Friday July 20 noon-5:00 PM | Saturday July 21 noon-5:00 PM | Sunday  July 22  noon-3:00 PM

PRIZES: 1st – $100 | 2nd – $75 | 3rd –  $50 | Peoples Choice – $50

ART PICK UP:  Sunday July 22 3:00 – 5:00 PM (or by arrangement)

RECEPTION FOR ARTISTS DISPLAYING AND SPONSORS OF IHF:  THURSDAY JULY 19 5 – 7PM

Work may or may not be for sale, IHF will take no commission.
Work may have been previously displayed and may or may not be for sale.

SHOW NOTES:
IHF will provide reception refreshments and advertising.
Standard show / Hang tags
NMAL will need to provide display system.
NMAL will need to provide volunteers to staff show “Artists at work encouraged”
Studio Brick is an Air Conditioned Facility
